The right partner to Grow With Purpose

Cedo is a leading European manufacturer of household products and a pioneer in recycling and circular solutions. Through our vertically integrated model, we control the entire process - from collecting via our partners and recycling ourselves flexible plastic waste into high-quality post-consumer recyclate (PCR), to converting it into finished products in our own factories. This circular approach strengthens our supply security, drives cost efficiency, and reinforces our commitment to sustainability. In this section, you will find an overview of our M&A activities, business performance, and the strengths that make Cedo a trusted partner for investors and stakeholders.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Strategic acquisitions play a key role in Cedo’s growth and sustainability journey. Each of Cedo's acquisition has brought new capabilities, scale and regional reach to our integrated recycling and manufacturing circular model, creating value for our Customers and Shareholders.

Explore the stories behind these milestones.

Vinatic
Acquisition

In August 2024, Cedo acquired Vinatic, a leading recycler of flexible plastic film waste in Vietnam. The acquisition was a strategic step in expanding our integrated circularity platform into South East Asia.

Vinatic’s expertise in plastic recycling strengthened Cedo’s ability to convert local plastic waste into high-quality post-consumer recyclate (PCR), ensuring a stable supply of recycled material for our own production and external partners. With this move, our total recycling capacity increased to over 160,000 tonnes of flexible waste film per annum.

Vinatic Recycling is a fully accredited and certified facility, that features sorting, washing and recycling capabilities, water treatment systems and logistical facility, supported by a skilled and engaged local team. Our acquisition of Vinatic is fully aligned with Cedo’s commitment to sustainability, circularity and operational excellence.

In December 2024, Cedo acquired Plasta Group, a leading recycler and manufacturer of waste collection bags with an annual turnover of €60 million. The acquisition significantly reinforced Cedo’s position as the largest integrated circularity platform for flexible plastics in Europe.

The addition of Plasta Group to the Cedo Group of companies expanded our business interests in the Baltics and Nordic regions and further increased our market share in the B2B channel. The acquisition of Plasta expanded our recycling and extrusion capacity, market reach, and ability to deliver high-quality, recycled, and recyclable products across the FMCG private label sector. This acquisition marked a major step forward in Cedo’s long-term strategy to lead innovation and sustainability in flexible packaging.

Our journey doesn’t stop here. As we pursue our growth ambition to lead the consolidation of the sector, we remain open to new opportunities that align with our vision of building a fully circular, sustainable future for flexible plastics. Stay tuned – more milestones lie ahead.
