CeDo Recycling – a major player in reprocessing
Our recycling facility in Geleen in The Netherlands ranks amongst the largest recyclers in Europe. On the 28,000 m² site we produce 30,000 tons of recyclable LDPE and 15,000 tons of PET annually. For LDPE there are 4 wash lines and for PET there are 2 wash lines available. The LDPE output of 30,000 tons of PE-regranulate (PCR) annually is used for the production of the waste disposal bags in our own works. We sell the PET flakes outside the CeDo group to external customers, packed in Big Bags, or loose in silo lorries if requested. None of the products, be it flakes or regranulate, leaves CeDo Recycling without being checked: within our in-house company laboratory we continually monitor adherence to the product quality demanded by customers.
Recycling – a topical environmental issue
Processing instead of throwing away – ecological processing of materials spares the environment and is in line with the trend. The sustainability and high ecological efficiency of our granulates are, in essence, guaranteed by the clear-cut separation according to types, the production of high-quality grist and the deployment of products from agricultural usage. Of course our demanding quality specifications are also maintained here, being met by means of long-term experience of recycling and compounding of thermoplastic products.
